I'll defer to those more familiar with the basketball program of 
course, but based on what I've seen on this list it seems as if 
Sadler has made an immediate impact.  As I read it, the impact is 
more in getting the team attitude turned around than anything else. 
A few players left (that's surely an impact), and the win-loss 
record ought to be viewed in that context.
