     I agree that is true but in my opinion only in public perception.  Most 
of the public has their minds made up about Pederson before he ever does 
anything.  That will more than likely change with a new a AD unless he 
starts off with something that is socially unacceptable as did Pederson.  I 
am not saying Pederson made the wrong move.  It was just socially 
unacceptable.  We don't know if the new AD will have more success than 
Pederson has as far as success of sports.  Maybe yes and maybe no.  As I 
have said before the total Athletic Program is not in bad shape.  Maybe 
football isn't where we would like it to be but an AD can't be judged just 
on only one sport.
