[Husker] Possible outage alert for Husker List

After having procrastinated the task about as long as I could, I am
finally making some hardware changes on my firewall/email/news server 
system.

While I hope this will be a largely seamless and invisible change, I've
got a lot of reconfiguration to do, most of which I have not done in
at least 7 years, so I've got a lot of catch-up work to do learning
how to work with the latest firewall configuration tools in Linux.

As a result, if you see some odd bounce messages for Husker List messages
in the next few days, just wait a few hours and try again, please.
