      I think that is an absolutely great point.  In the early days of 
the Big 12 Texas schools had a lot of influence which to a point 
continues to today.  But, they couldn't have done it by themselves.  You 
are right about there are many from the old Big 8 that weren't/aren't 
anxious to do NU and probably Oklahoma any favors.  I'm sure a lot of 
them feel what goes around comes around when looking at NU football the 
last 3-4 years.  I was against adding the Texas teams to the Big 8 but 
in retrospect I think it has made it a better conference.
