I could be wrong, but there is a slight difference between a DUI and a
bar fight (Purify) and 4 players accused of sexually assaulting/raping
an underage girl who was so drunk she was essentially passed out at the
time of the assault. While they are currently only accused of the crime,
considering they were dumb enough to record the act with the video
camera on a cell phone at least 1 of the players is an almost certain
conviction. 

And before you go and congratulate Tim Brewster for his high level of
integrity, you might want to consider that many in the Twin Cities
aren't so sure that his statements carry a lot of sincerity, including
one of the area's most prominent sports writers. You can find his column

If nothing else, at least this way you can examine more than one side of
the story and speak out of something other than ignorance. 

The situation with these Gopher players and Purify are ENTIRELY
different and has no basis for comparison.
