Mo will undoubtedly be pleading down to lesser offenses than he was
charged with (otherwise, he'd just plead no contest or guilty), and
those charges are what both the defendant and the DA consider to be a
"happy medium" between what was alleged and what Purify was going to
argue really happened.

It's doubtful he'll get booted, since they were all misdemeanors to
start with and are likely to be somewhat watered down in their final
form.
