I have to admit, whenever the NCAA takes action I cringe.  They are very
inconsistent with their punishments and at least 80% of the time they don't
make much sense.  I really wouldn't be surprised if they had 200 different
punishments written on little "Powerball-esque" plastic balls and whichever
one comes down the pipe...well you know. :)
