I disagree Laura, I think they're holding the reigns very tightly, just
steering in the wrong (illegal) direction (joking tone intended) :)

I'm a bit of a conspiracy guy and I think that some OU officials (coaches or
whatever) probably helped Bomar get the job :)  To say that OU had a "Lack
of Oversite" in my opinion is a bit naïve.

He was 'kicked off the team' because the wrong person found out about it and
threatened to go public, IMHO.

But the fact still is that it is usually the University that is sited
for lack of oversite.  We all know that OU has a reputation for holding
the reins rather loosely.  :)  Laura
