[Husker] Norvell

As much as I'd hate to see Norvell go (he's the best
coach on the staff, IMHO), I can see why he's looking
at UCLA. While he has the title of "offensive
coordinator", he doesn't have some of the
responsibilities (i.e. playcalling) that many other
coordinators have. If your goal is to become a head
coach, then you probably want to broaden your exposure
and experience.

While at first, it could be viewed as a lateral move
or perhaps a step backwards (I'm sure most Husker fans
think our program is better than UCLA's), it really
could be a step-up in terms of responsibilities.
