Interesting interview with recruiting coordinator Shawn Watson. Six 
players (Asante, Barfield, Murillo, Lee, Witt and Mendoza) have already 
enrolled and will "count back" to the 2006 limit, which NU can do 
because only 19 players entered school last fall. That leaves only 23 
commits to count against the 2007 limit, subject to the overall limit of 
85: the article says the Huskers will "no doubt" need to trim the roster 
before next fall. No discussion of any "greyshirts".

The coaches have been monitoring the academic progress of all the 
recruits, so as to eliminate surprises. This process reportedly accounts 
for the loss of DeAndre West, Wallace Franklin and Patrick Grant.
