FW: [Husker] Personal Data; greatest hits?

A few posts back Mike acknowledged my post after the 95 OB. A few years later he told me he thought it was the "second best post ever" on the list (the simulated radio plays on the naval ship being first, I mean how could anyone top that?). I'm honored it's still remembered.
I'm pretty sure there's a copy of that message on some old floppy disk somewhere in the bottom of a shoebox. If anyone does have too much time on their hands and is looking to compile a "greatest hits" of the listserve, I'd be willing to hunt it down.
TV Guide abstract : husker fan spends a year in Germany. as the OB approaches he gets increasingly desperate trying to find the game. Calls are placed to a variety of hotels, American social organizations, football clubs and the even U.S embassy. rated PG for some mild language (beginning of the fourth quarter when BB throws in the interception).

Here's an idea...someone who has a bunch of time on their hands (or needs a great research project) maybe could compile all the old list messages and put them together in a book or similar...that would be a great thing to have laying around! (Plus you may be able to get credit for it, or (gasp) even paid!) Sort of like a scrap book of list messages, which would really be neat to be able to look at all in one package like that.
"Bill in Canada wrote, Man, that Frazier kid is really a bust. What was TO thinking signing him?"
Imagine reading stuff like that!

Just our of curiosity, is there any chance of ever seeing older archived
messages (before the listserv software was changed in 2004). I acutally
have old digest e-mails as far back as 2001 saved in my e-mail client.
I wonder if somebody has some older messages laying around on an old
floppy or tape drive somewhere. It'd be fascinating to see what people
would have been saying in the mid 90's!
