I watched the play on my DRV super-slow motion several times but 
neglected to note who was the long snapper. Thanks for bringing up 
that point. My assumption that it was Byford was premature and, as 
yet, unverified.

The Auburn player in question was number 42. The high snap allowed 
him to see the ball going to Todd, and went through/over the 
defensive line like a tiger.

If I'm not mistaken, the same fellow (whose name I saw but can't 
recall) made the first interception and streaked down the sideline 
toward the goal line.

I did not notice at first, but it was Nate Swift who tackled him from 
behind after picking up three or four yards on the speedster, but at 
least Auburn didn't score on the pick.

Nate Swift played extemely well the first half - - and not only on 
offense. Sure glad he'll be back next year.
