To say that "the NCAA is only interested in one thing and that
is what makes the NCAA the most money" is quite inaccurate.
The NCAA ultimately is run by the university presidents.  While
athletic boosters and the athletic departments at universities
have substantial influence on university policies they are not
in the position of running universities.  The greatest impediments
to professionalization of university athletics are the university
faculties, alumni, and governing boards who still view university
athletics as student activities.
