Good Morning All:

Well here's a note that I sent to the list last night and it never made it until now, of course it would help if I actually sent it to the list and not just the list minder.....sorry Mike.

Everyone talking about their age must have had an effect on me, that or else I just showing signs of premature aging and absent mindedness....I'm in the 50+ club too (but just barely).

Good Evening All:

The Husker men's basketball team downed Western Kentucky tonight in Lincoln 82-71 to wrap up the non conference portion of their schedule at 11-3. Nebraska will start conference play on Wednesday night over in Ames against Iowa State. Tip off is at 7:08 PM and the game will be televised (in the State of Nebraska only) via FSN Midwest.

The Huskers return home next Saturday to face Oklahoma State, tip off is at 12:38 PM and the game will be televised via ESPN+ (it should be available via ESPN Full Court, though not all games are so check your local listings). The National Champion NU Volleyball team will be honored at halftime of the game, and they will have an autograph session from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM on the northwest concourse of the Devaney Center.

Meanwhile the Husker women's team fresh off a win in Austin on Wednesday night against Texas returned home this afternoon and lost to #8 Oklahoma 77-69. Oklahoma came from 8 points down in the second half to win.
