You make some very good points and thanks for the information. I
doubt you will ever see college players paid. There are way too many
ifs, ands, and buts. Most of the time I have seen it somewhat presented
the level of compensation wasn't like the NFL where the star players, or
whatever, made the most money. It is where "everybody" made the same
thing. Now who "everybody" consists of is open to debate. ;-) The
compensation isn't to be like a salary based on performance. It is to
be more like "meal money". I think it is probably a moot point as well
because the NCAA is only interested in one thing and that is what makes
the NCAA the most money. Paying the student/athletes wouldn't
accomplish that.
