     After reading an article in today's print version of the Lincoln 
Journal Star it really doesn't seem like Congdon was too bad.  For his 
career from 20-29 yards he was 11-14, from 30-39 he was 9-11, from 40-49 
he was 4-5, and had no attempts from 50-59.  That makes him 24-30 
overall.  I doubt there are too many kickers in Div IA that did a whole 
lot better than that over th last two years.
