Hello Husker Fans,

The only thing I'm not so crazy about this argument.  I think it's
safe to say Oz inherited a much better team.  Also, he had been the
o-coordinater of that team for a while so he had the right players in
place for what he wanted to do.

In my mind, even if we throw out the talent issue, at least Oz had
talent that fit his system.  Let's not underestimate that.   Tom
essentially inherited a system that he built, thus a big advantage.

This is meant to be no disrespect to Tom by any stretch, I'm just
trying to point out that we may be dealing with apples and oranges if
you know what I mean.
