     I don't think Frank will go for it.  He might interview but in the end, 
unless the money is out of site, I doubt he takes it.  He might be more 
inclined if he were 35-40 years old.  But, he is over 60, is home, and has a 
lot less pressure where he is.  I just think Frank is comfortable at Ohio.
