[Husker] Things That Are Painfully Obvious

I always used to look at this list as being more intelligent than most 
"fan message boards" or "fan sites" like huskerpedia.  There used to be 
something about the listserv/usenet format that filtered out a lot of 
"dumbies with keyboards" that seem to plague those sites.  
Unfortunately, it seems this is no longer the case.

It's sad that longtime posters are being driven off by individual(s) 
that cannot discuss football without resorting to namecalling..  I've 
been subscribed to this list since right before Tom Osborne's last game 
in 1997.  Back then, it was about the only way to talk Husker sports on 
the internet.  There were certainly a lot of arguments in those days, 
but they were intelligent discussions, and not the "in your face" type 
of garbage that we're seeing now.

I would hope that the longtime posters would simply resort to 
ignoring/deleting this user's messages.  Most e-mail software has 
functionality to do this automatically.
