[Husker] Fake punt

Watching Congdon the last two years on field goals and
kickoffs the last 2 years, his range appears to be
limited to 40 yards.  Congdon's 42 yard field goal
attempt against OU was blocked and returned for a
touchdown, but luckily for Nebraska, the play was
nullified by a delay of game penalty.
