     Yes.  What I was saying is after Callahan's first year if in 3-4 years 
we are consistently back in the top 25 I will say he has done a good job. 
Any time everything is revamped there are going to be rough times. 
Callahan's first year he was totally using players not designed for his 
system.  But, he had to do it.  You have to implement what you want to 
implement and let the chips fall over time.  I think he has basically done a 
good job.  I am not saying a great job but the team has improved each year 
he has been at NU.
