      I would have to have a lot more information than just not winning the 
Big 12 title and not going to a BCS bowl to call him a failure.  There is no 
way one can guarantee those kinds of things.  When Doc Sadler came here he 
said he can't guarantee wins because no on has control over that.  Doc said 
he would guarantee the team would play hard because we CAN control that.


     Now, Callahan may be a failure next year but I can't say he would be 
just based on those two things.  College football is to the point one loss 
could keep any team away from a Conference championship and determine what 
bowl they go to.  Plus, the players still play the game.  The coach cannot 
control everything.  I know you don't care for Callahan and that is your 
perogative but Callahan didn't throw the interception or fumble which led to 
the Auburn scores.
