I am going to anger not just a few, but Tom Osborne
quit being the headcoach several years ago. He did not
retire. He did not move on to be AD. He left the
program. The University, fans and the sport have
honored him. However, there is, in my opinion, no
requirement for the current administration to check
with Coach Osborne on personnel matters. If he wanted
that, he should not have left the program.
