[Husker] Ostergard

I have been in charge of HR departments and businesses that I own, in right
to work states and with at-will employment, and in many cases I did not give
a "reason" for a dismissal, nor was the employee entitled to one, hence the
laws of at will and right to work. It is, IMHO, the right of the employer
to keep their reasons confidential.
Again, IMHO, the University owes us, even as donors, nothing, period! And
they owe DO nothing as well. His "boss" decided that his employment was no
longer needed, period.
All of this 'family' conspiracy is a load of junk. I would even go as far
as saying this has occurred in the past without anyone knowing, it is just
that now DO is pitching a fit and looking for a way to stir up something out
of nothing.
Life goes on... Spring ball is around the corner

I would say some could take the letter of the law to say - yes, it could be
illegal
