what we sow. Pederson should contact Osborne regularly, especially early in 
his A.D. hiring. As the years go by and Pederson gets a grip on things, then 
I can see not contacting Osborne any longer.
Try this thought:   Mr. Gates, you said you were stepping down at microsoft, 
so please just leave now. I would like to make my own hire, a guy named  Al 
Davis, as the new COO of microsoft. Leave your company issued blackberry at 
the desk.
