      I guess I don't look at it any differently than I did with Callahan 
bringing in his own assistants.  A Head Coach typically wants his own 
people.  Ostergard came from another coach's program.

     I guess I don't see that much wrong with the overall Husker Athletic 
Program.  The only things I see that may be "off" a little are men's 
basketball and football.  Callahan may be out but I don't see where Pederson 
has done anything negative to the program as a whole.  I think Doc Sadler 
was a great hire.  Just like any coach it take a few years to get his 
program and players in place.  Baseball, volleyball, and Softball are top 
notch programs just to name a couple.  I guess if Pederson's total success, 
or lack thereof, is based solely on football he may be on thin ice.
