[Husker] Bud Blattner/KC Royals

Good Morning:

Since someone brought up Bud's name I would tell you that Bud is in his 80's and doing fine living in St. Louis (where he has lived most of his life including the time he was with the Royals). He plays tennis almost every day and even gives some lessons as well. 

Bud was the lead announcer for the Royals for their first five season pairing up with Denny prior to Denny taking over in 1975 and pairing up with Fred White.  Fred still does some games when Denny takes off three road trips each season, and works for ESPN Plus on the Big XII basketball TV package.
