It's also worth noting that there are letters included with similar 
scheduling concerns from Oklahoma and Penn State fans.

Wedding plans always have to be scheduled around other life events.  Any
bride-to-be who doesn't understand that may be setting herself up for 
a troubled marriage.

Don't try getting married in Michigan on the first day of deer hunting
season.  (In portions of northern Michigan they close schools that day.)
Don't try marrying an accountant in early April, either!

PS.  Our wedding was scheduled on a Sunday because the Huskers were playing
the previous day.  This September will mark our 35th anniversary.
