      I think you are going to see more and more of this as time goes 
on.  It is certainly a move up for Gilmore.  I think many times in the 
past we have had assistant coaches that could have moved and advanced 
their own careers.  However, their loyalty to Osborne wouldn't allow 
them to do that.  Also, there were assistants that were just flat out 
loyal to NU.  Those days are most likely gone forever and ever amen.  I 
believe we we see a lot more annual changes to the staff than we used to 
see as coached try to pad their own resumes.
