     I think we are beginning to split hairs here.  My question 
wasn't what staffs was Pelini on that had good to great Head 
Coaches?  If that is all it took there would be people qualified 
to be Head Coaches all over the place.  My question was more what 
coach directly took Pelini in to groom him to be the next Head 
Coach as TO did Solich?  I am not of the opinion a person is 
qualified to be a Head Coach just because he spent time on a 
great Head Coach's staff.  If that were the case everyone that 
ever coached under Bear Bryant should have made brilliant Head 
Coaches or insert any great coach's name one chooses.
