Bob, you are correct in that Devaney knew he was going to retire and started 
grooming Osborne.
and TO did the same with Solich. At some point Pelini has known he wanted to 
be a HC. Now I'm assuming here. That Pelini has told his bosses that he 
wants to be a HC. So does his boss or bosses start prepping him ? Also TO is 
AD so let's again assume that TO will take him under the wing so to speak.
