Consider me on the Pelini bandwagon if for no other reason than he's
our head coach. He doesn't have head coaching experience, but he sure
acts and sounds like he wants to be the head coach at Nebraska and
right now that's good enough for me.
Otherwise.... I think we made the right move in hiring a defensive-
minded head coach. Look at the Big 12 right now. Other than Oklahoma,
there isn't a great defense in the conference and every year the
Sooners compete for the Big 12 title. (Disclaimer: statistically, KU
has a pretty good defense, but hey, other than Mizzou, what great
offenses did they play?)
