Callahan had coached, mostly successfully, at many levels prior to coming to 
Nebraska.  With the exception of his last year in Oakland, his resume looked 
quite good.

I haven't jumped on the Pelini bandwagon yet either, however, prior coaching 
experience, whether or not as a Head Coach, does not seem to indicate 
whether or not a coach will be successful.

I'm hoping for great things...just not getting my hopes too high.
