IIRC, Barney was an adminitrative position, paperwork, compliance, etc, the
assistant HC will deal with more of the football related activities and
overall direction of the program.

     I appreciate the response.  That would make sense.  I thought there had
     to be some difference because of the two separate titles but I wasn't
     sure what that was.
