I think I have said what I think and feel more than once. If you haven't
noticed then whatever I guess. Where in the world do you get this smug,
back handed posts? I am just giving my opinion as I assume you are. I
am not going into a long dissertation just because you haven't read my
feelings over the last 10 years. I have stated my feelings many many
times. Maybe as far as smug, back handed posts you need to look inward.

Did you bother to read what I posted? I never said anything at all about
Callahan. I don't care about Callahan at all. I merely stated recruits
today would not necessarily recognize TO as they were very young children
when he retired from coaching. And, recruits really don't choose a
college based on the AD. And, I also stated outside of a few geographical
areas Pelini would not be a household name. I believe that to be true.
Name me one Defensive Coordinator out of the Big 10, the Soutwest
Conference other than Pelini, the Pac 10 and etc. Defensive Coordinators
are not household names unless one follows that particular team. If NU
goes into California, Texas, and the East Coast it is very likely that
recruit has never heard of Bo Pelini.

Pelini may or may not but what does that have to do with anything? What
I have said has abolutely nothing to do with Callahan. I don't even have
     him in mind.

>>The fact is someone is #1, #2, #3, etc.

Okay, tell me who they are in ranked order.

>>If you disagree with me tell me who is better.

I couldn't care less who is better or who is worse. It is impossible to
rank fans anyway so why try? Fans are fans. People are people. There
are good and bad. Why is it so important to you that I acknowledge NU
fans as number one? About the only people I hear from that NU fans are
number one are NU fans. I have absolutely no idea how it is proveable
which fans are number one, two, and etc. Since you haven't read anything
I have posted I will say this again. NU fans are great as far as
respecting the opponent and following the team. Beyond that they are like
fans of every other team. If you don't believe the fans opinion of
Callahan and Cosgrove got very ugly then you were watching a whole
     different thing than was I.
