An interesting list, and just another example of how subjective all
talent evaluation, be it recruiting, NFL draft prospects, etc, really
is. 

Carl Nicks, who isn't even on the New Era Scouting list provided above
is rated as the #25 prospect in the nation by Mel Kiper, Jr over at ESPN
- and he doesn't even make this list. All other things being equal
however I would bet that Kiper's analysis is a little more plugged in
than whoever the folks at New Era Scouting are.
