      I agree but he could have a strong opinion the other way but he

      That's pretty insulting.  Why do you feel that way?  Just because 
he disagrees with your position?

      So you are saying because it is a recruiting dead period there is 
absolutely nothing to do?   If that is the case maybe the Head Coaching 
position really isn't that big of deal.
