Undoubtedly true. But would NU have won the MNC in 1994 and '95 without 
Tommie? In fact, with one big exception, they won it in '94 pretty much 
without him. The exception, of course, was the OB win over Miami. Could 
Brook have led them to a win in that game? Close question. The 1995 team 
was so far superior to the field that I don't think it would have 
mattered. Nonetheless, I'm certainly happy this is only a hypothetical 
question.
