[Husker] Purify comments

Agreed. And I think you hit the nail on the head. Callahan focused on
mental things that just don't get it done on the field. Same was true
his last year with the Oakland Raiders! They went from being a Super
Bowl team (riding on Grodin's shirttail) to a 2 and whatever team --
just totally a HUGE change in philosophy that killed the passion for
WINNING anything. 

I also believe the list pointed this out when Callahan was hired. It
took 4 years and firing SP to change that back to a Nebraska legacy
winning isn't everything but darn important philosophy.
