My interpretation of the original post (not that I agree with it, just this is the point I think was being made) was of course the fans wins (duh!) and this should come as no surprise to the players. Hence a new respect for winning is needed in the next recruiting classes.

Indeed, I'm curious as to this correlation myself. Unless we are also
recruiting fans? In which case, I'd probably have to walk on.
