I have a hunch that it wouldn't matter what actions that Osborne took, they wouldn't meet with your approval. If he is "bending the rules" I'm certain the NCAA will be more than happy to point that out to the University. I'm equally certain that you will be very concerned with every action that the "great Bo Pelini" takes as well.
Something tells me that Osborne is probably capable of doing 2 or 3 tasks a day and is probably taking care of the entire department just fine.
