But in the mean time, Bo's smart enough to know that a call from Tom
Osborne to some recruit who's on the fence might just help land him.

I'd have to check NCAA regulations, but I think the non-coaching staff 
does have SOME ability to contact recruits by phone or letter (and they
can certainly answer the phone if the recruit calls them), but I'm pretty 
sure they can't visit them in their homes.  However, the holiday season 
'non-contact' period starts in about a week, anyway.
