Hi Bob,
  I am sure it is just a temporary thing. I think they
are doing "catch up" duty now, since we lost a month
when the fate of the previous staff was decided. I
really think Tom will gracefully backout and let the
coaches do their jobs after helping them another month
or so. Once they hire ALL the coaches, he probably HAS
to quit recruiting.
