[Husker] Recruiting

There were lots of Coaches that became AD and could probably recruited -  
Frank Broyels and Daryl Royal Alvarez etc...  It must be against the rules  and 
there must be a reason Osborne can and is still doing it.  Is Pelini  
officially head coach?  Is the paperwork filed and signed? I think I have  heard Pelini 
is recruiting - but not sure.
