[Husker] Recruiting

Is Osborne still technically the "interim HC" until Pelini's contract  
is finalized?  Last I read, they were still finalizing the details,  
so it's possible that even though Pelini has been announced as the  
new HC he's not REALLY the HC until the paperwork is signed.
