[Husker] Huh? Bad Decision?

I don't think that the BCS is a joke as much as all these schools
scheduling garbage and selling it to fans. Big teams don't want to
schedule Hawaii and they want all home games because they're all
addicted to mounds of cash.
Look at Nebraska's 2008 schedule. Virginia Tech is decent, then you
get Western Michigan, San Jose State, and New Mexico State, none of
which finished with a winning record this season, but all willing to
come to Lincoln.
As long as we keep buying what the college presidents are selling,
this is what we're going to get.
This will continue to get worse and as costs go up, i.e. coach's
salaries increase, facilities/arms race continues, there will be a
crisis in college football in the next five to ten years.
