[Husker] LSU in Title game? Implications for Nebraska

If LSU makes the game, I think Pelini will stay at LSU for that game.  Is that a deal killer?  Time may tell.

My new hope for  the title game is KU - OSU.  Both teams played poor non-conference schedules, plus KU got lucky with a weak conference schedule (no OU or UT).  IMHO, KU would lose to both OU and UT.   The Big 10 was actually very strong this year.  OSU had impressive wins over Penn State, Michigan, Wisconsin, Michigan State, and Purdue all of which are going bowling. All Big 10 teams except Minnesota are bowl eligible this year, except a couple of teams (Iowa and Northwestern) probably won't get bids. 

The Northwestern non-invite is no loss since no bowl would want them due to their tepid fan support.  Plus, Northwestern lost (at home) to Duke this year, give me a break!

Getting back to my point, KU can beat OSU bringing the NC to the Big 12 North, where it belongs.

The Buckeyes will likely be #1 for some reason, but I
can't figure out why.  They have only one loss, but
who have they beaten?  Most of the Big Ten?  Big
whoopee.  Who in the Big Ten is any good?  Seriously. 
Nebraska would have made a bowl game playing in the
Big Ten this season, mostly because CozBohl's defense
would have only given up 30 points most weeks.  Akron?
 Kent State?  Oh, they did beat Washington.  But so
did Hawaii last night.  In that case, Hawaii makes
more sense than Ohio State.

I mean, if you are going to reward a team for playing
a putzy schedule and only losing one game, put Kansas
in there then.
