Thanks to the many people who responded to my inquiry about the list being
down or not. So my messages are getting thru to the list and individual
messages are getting thru to me. (I already knew that part, though, because
of other emails).

Gee wiz, and just when I had all the inside scoops, too.  (sarcasm alert)

Note to Mike Nolan: Most people told me they were getting the list just
fine, but a couple others in addition to me said they were having problems,
too.
