[Husker] Tunnel Walk Music

Lately people from all walks of life have been calling for rap lyrics to be "cleaned up", and I think it's a valid argument, so to me it certainly seems like an odd decision. But, fortunately I'm not the one who makes these decisions so in the end it's up to the school. I'm in the "if it aint broke don't fix it" boat on this one. Are they trying to attract a younger, more "hip" audience to these games or what? Has anyone explained the reasoning for the change? (I didn't read the original story)
And as for the generational issue mentioned, did the Huskers take the field in the 60's to Bob Dylan's lyrics "everybody must get stoned"? I doubt it.

There is the feeling from a lot of quarters that hip hop/rap does
indeed promote negativity. It has nothing to do with like and dislike. It
is all about what the "music" says and stands for. I am not big on
classical music either but I don't believe it promotes negativity at all. I
guess if you can listen to hip hop/rap and not get an anti-social
anti-establishment flavor then you and I don't hear the same things.
