Personally, I have noticed that I enjoy the games much more when the Huskers are winning than when they are losing.  This makes a MUCH bigger difference than B&W, color or HD.  In fact, I would much rather listen to a webcast audio when the Huskers are winning than a large-screen HD when they are losing.

broadcasts on the same TV and while there IS a difference it isn't that vast
of difference to worry about whether it is HD or not IMHO. If it is
broadcast in HD then great but if not it is still enjoyable to watch it. I
think there is a bigger difference between black and white and color than
between HD and non HD. I'm sure there are those that disagree.
